Peri Peri Kebabs

Ingredients :
600g Diced Chicken Breast
100ml JVK Tandoori Marinade
1/2 Yellow Capsicum
1/2 Red Capsicum
1/2 Red Onion
7 x Kebab Sticks
Instructions :
Marinade the diced chicken with approximately 100ml of JVK Peri Peri Marinade, cover and set aside for up to 24 hours
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with foil
Put the Peri Peri Chicken on the stick, alternating with the different vegetables. Totalling approx. 80g per kebab.
Place the kebabs on the baking tray, and bake for approx. 20 minutes.
Once done, pan fry these for approx, 10 mins, to crisp up the outside.
When finished, serve up as desired.
