Peri Peri Kebabs

Ingredients :

  • 600g Diced Chicken Breast

  • 100ml JVK Tandoori Marinade

  • 1/2 Yellow Capsicum

  • 1/2 Red Capsicum

  • 1/2 Red Onion

  • 7 x Kebab Sticks

Instructions :

  • Marinade the diced chicken with approximately 100ml of JVK Peri Peri Marinade, cover and set aside for up to 24 hours

  • Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with foil

  • Put the Peri Peri Chicken on the stick, alternating with the different vegetables. Totalling approx. 80g per kebab.

  • Place the kebabs on the baking tray, and bake for approx. 20 minutes.

  • Once done, pan fry these for approx, 10 mins, to crisp up the outside.

  • When finished, serve up as desired.
