Tandoori Chicken

Prep Time : 10 min - 24 hours Cook Time : 40 min Yield : 4 servings

Ingredients :

  • 4 x Bone-In Chicken Thighs

  • 200ml JVK Tandoori Marinade

  • 1 x Cup Uncooked Rice

  • 1 x Lemon (To garnish)

  • Cilantro (To garnish)

Instructions :

  • Marinade the Chicken Thighs with approximately 100ml of JVK Tandoori Marinade, cover and set aside for up to 24 hours

  • Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with foil

  • Place Chicken Thighs in the tray and bake for 20 mins.

  • After 20 mins, baste the remaining JVK Tandoori Marinade over the Chicken Thighs and bake for a further 20 mins

  • While the Chicken is cooking, prepare the rice, by cooking as you wish

  • When the Chicken and Rice are cooked, serve your dish, garnishing with Lemon and Cilantro as desired
