Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients :
4 x Bone-In Chicken Thighs
200ml JVK Tandoori Marinade
1 x Cup Uncooked Rice
1 x Lemon (To garnish)
Cilantro (To garnish)
Instructions :
Marinade the Chicken Thighs with approximately 100ml of JVK Tandoori Marinade, cover and set aside for up to 24 hours
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with foil
Place Chicken Thighs in the tray and bake for 20 mins.
After 20 mins, baste the remaining JVK Tandoori Marinade over the Chicken Thighs and bake for a further 20 mins
While the Chicken is cooking, prepare the rice, by cooking as you wish
When the Chicken and Rice are cooked, serve your dish, garnishing with Lemon and Cilantro as desired
